Harmony Neurocognitive Center exists to answer three questions in order: what is happening physiologically, which cognitive functions are affected, and what can be done about it. We built our model around that sequence — Diagnostics, Cognitive Assessment, and Neurorehabilitation — rather than around a list of equipment.
Every technology we use, from Nihon Kohden EEG systems to Nesplora, CNS Vital Signs, RightEye and BrainHQ, exists to generate objective data. That data is always reviewed, interpreted, and acted on by a qualified neurologist or clinician. We do not hand patients a score without context.

Rosa specializes in mental health counseling for children — from infants through teens — bringing a well-rounded, evidence-based approach to every case. Rather than relying on a single method, Rosa draws on multiple psychotherapeutic strategies to address each patient's specific needs and ensure the strongest possible outcomes.
Her clinical background spans Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and EMDR — pairing structured, research-backed technique with the kind of individualized attention that defines Harmony's clinical philosophy. Rosa also provides clinical supervision for Master's-level clinicians and Registered Play Therapist candidates.
